Results and Deliverables

This page presents, in a clear and transparent manner, the results achieved so far within the HepaSkin project, as well as the main deliverables and targets established under the Interreg IPA Romania–Serbia Programme.

Results Achieved So Far

Development & launch of the HepaSkin digital platform

  • Launch of the official HepaSkin website, available in Romanian and English.
  • Clear structuring of content into dedicated sections: Target Groups, Activities, Events, Resources, Webinars, Blog, etc.
  • Integration of an events calendar (screenings, workshops, webinars) with internal event management and bilingual display.
  • Online forms dedicated to programme registration, adapted to the target groups defined in the project.

Tools for education and self-assessment

  • Development of self-assessment questionnaires for liver and skin disease risk, available online in Romanian and English.
  • Creation of a dedicated section of downloadable resources (informational materials, guides, presentations, etc.), which can be updated as new deliverables are produced.
  • A dedicated webinars and educational events section for disseminating information to the public and healthcare professionals.

Communication, transparency, and compliance

  • Definition and implementation of the HepaSkin visual identity (logo, colour palette, unified visual style across the website and digital materials).
  • Publication of dedicated Legal Policies pages (Terms, Privacy, GDPR, Cookies), in accordance with the requirements of the Interreg IPA Romania–Serbia Programme.
  • Implementation of a GDPR-compliant cookie banner, with text adapted to the HepaSkin context and available in both Romanian and English.

Key Project Deliverables

Digital tools

  • Online system for scheduling and managing events (screenings, workshops, webinars).
  • Visual calendar integrated into the website, displaying relevant information for beneficiaries (location, event type, link to dedicated page).
  • Contact and registration forms for beneficiaries and partners.
  • Dedicated pages for self-assessment (skin & liver), serving as a starting point for information and screening referral.

Content and informational materials

  • Explanatory texts for the public regarding skin cancer screening, liver disease screening, and the importance of early detection.
  • Clear description of the target groups defined within the project and how they can access HepaSkin services.
  • A structured Blog section for educational articles and project updates.
  • Partner presentation pages outlining each partner’s role within the consortium.

Official public documents & pages

  • Dedicated Legal Policies page (Terms, Privacy, GDPR, Cookies).
  • Integration of the mandatory reference regarding co-funding by the European Union through the Interreg IPA Romania–Serbia Programme.
